The operator of the e-shop ADRI Ltd., ID No. 64579883, located at Drtinova 11, 150 00 Prague 5, processes personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of fulfilling and additionally confirming the Terms and Conditions, processing electronic orders, delivering goods, accounting for payments, and necessary communication between the contractual parties for the period required by specific legal regulations.

**Basic Provisions**

1. The controller of personal data under Section 5(o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), is ADRI Ltd., ID No. 64579883, located at Drtinova 11, 150 00 Prague 5 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller");

3. Personal data means any information that identifies a natural or legal person.

**Sources of Processed Personal Data**

1. The Controller processes personal data provided with the Buyer's consent and obtained by the Controller based on the fulfillment of the Purchase Contract and processing of electronic orders in the e-shop;

2. The Controller processes only the identification and contact details of the Buyer necessary for fulfilling the Purchase Contract;

3. The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivering goods, accounting for payments, and necessary communication between the contractual parties for the period required by specific legal regulations. Personal data will not be disclosed and will not be transferred to other countries.

**Purpose of Processing Personal Data**

The Controller processes the Buyer's personal data for the following reasons:

1. For registration on the website under Section 13(1)(a) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data;

2. For processing the Buyer's electronic order (name, address, email, phone number);

3. For fulfilling rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller;

4. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for fulfilling the Purchase Contract. Without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract.

**Period of Storage of Personal Data**

1. The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller and for 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship;

2. After the period of storage of personal data expires, the Controller is obliged to delete the data.

**Recipients and Processors of Personal Data**

Third parties receiving the Buyer's personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are essential for the successful fulfillment of the Purchase Contract and electronic orders between the Controller and the Buyer.

The Controller's subcontractors are:

- Webnode AG (e-shop system);

- Czech Post, s.p. (delivery service);

- Google Analytics (website analysis);

**Buyer's Rights**

Under the conditions set out in the Act, the Buyer has the right:

1. To access their personal data;

2. To correct personal data;

3. To delete personal data;

4. To object to processing;

5. To data portability;

6. To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the email address: anna.nemcova.fox@gmail.com;

7. To file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe their right to personal data protection has been violated.

**Personal Data Security**

1. The Controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the Buyer's personal data;

2. The Controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage, particularly securing access to computers with passwords, using antivirus software, and regular computer maintenance.

**Final Provisions**

1. By submitting an electronic order on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have been informed of the privacy policy and accept it in its entirety;

2. The Buyer agrees to these rules by checking the box in the order form;

3. The Controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. The new version of the Rules must be published on the website.

These Rules are effective as of 08/08/2024.
