4-time winner of the Best Senior Golfer in the Czech Republic award

1st place at the International Championship of Iceland, Slovakia, Hungary and Spain doubles

12th place at the European senior Championship

9-time Champion of the Czech Republic

6-time captain of the Czech Republic team at the European Championship     

"If you want to play excellent golf, have a healthy body without pain, and feel and look good, it's not enough to just go to the course or occasionally practice on the driving range, chipping, and putting. You need a comprehensive holistic approach and quality training."

What do I mean and how?

How do I achieve this?

- I strengthen my body through fitness.

- I work with developmental kinesiology and the Red cord method.

- I swim, meditate, practice yoga, and do stretching.

- I practice yoga breathing, chant mantras, and paint.

I also collaborate with sports psychologists, participate in courses and workshops that help me deepen my golfing skills, increase my mental resilience, and diligently work on expanding the state of my consciousness and attention.
